DAEJEON, South Korea, July 19, 2017 — Holographic MicroscopeThe HT-2 holographic microscope from Tomocube Inc. displays both 3D holograms and 3D fluorescence imaging.

The microscope enables users to noninvasively investigate live biological cells and thin tissues, quantitatively. The 3D refractive index distribution of live cells is reconstructed digitally and the user is able to gain structural and chemical information about the cell, including dry mass, morphology and the dynamics of the cellular membrane, while the cell is still alive and unharmed or stained.

Without introducing any sample preparation or using exogeneous dyes, the HT user is able to create a 3D, real-time digital reconstruction.
