Edmund.jpgEdmund Optics Inc. has introduced IR holographic wire grid polarizers with submicron wire grid spacing of 2700 grooves per millimeter. They are available in substrates made from barium fluoride, zinc selenide, thalium bromoiodide and germanium, and in two sizes: 25-mm diameter with a clear aperture of 18 mm and a ring thickness of 5 mm, or 50-mm diameter with a clear aperture of 34 mm and a ring thickness of 6 mm.
