The HELIOS EC32 hyperspectral camera from EVK DI Kerschhaggl is a 320-pixel line-scan device with optically corrected and spatially resolved spectral data.
It features a system for in-line analysis and monitoring of product streams. With up to 256 spectral bands, a scan rate of 446 Hz at full spectra up to 3.8 kHz using spectral region of interest and rugged industrial design, the camera provides an IP54 protection rating. Applications include in-line classification, metrology, and sorting.
