ZURICH, Switzerland, Aug. 8, 2011 — The Hy-Lase series from Lasersec Systems Corp. provides lasers with high-energy pulses and broad spectral output covering the near- and short-wavelength infrared from 700 to 2300 nm.

The instruments deliver pulse energies of up to 10 mJ and repetition rates to 10 kHz, enabling applications including hyperspectral light detection and ranging, and long-range active hyperspectral imaging.

Optional filtering allows eye-safe and covert output from 1400 to 2300 nm. Designed for field use, the lasers comply with all relevant environmental MIL standards.
