Headwall Photonics Inc. has expanded its Hyperspec family of hyperspectral imagers with the addition of the Hyperspec Extended VNIR sensor. The device, based on the company’s aberration-corrected concentric design, covers the spectral region of 600 to 1600 nm. It offers good spatial uniformity within a wide field of view and is suitable for use in process inspection applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food safety and quality.
