ID Qube Single-Photon DetectorThe ID Qube NIR is a compact and cost-effective single-photon detector optimized for telecom wavelengths. The cooled InGaAs/InP avalanche photodiode design achieves high efficiency and low jitter, with low dark counts. Available in a gated model, for synchronous detection applications such as QKD, and a free-running model, for continuous detection applications such as lidar and time-resolved photoluminescence.
