The update offers 64-bit support and ~25% faster deconvolution than earlier versions. The program’s Blind Deconvolution Algorithm’s multidimensional and multiprocessing capabilities allow users to load and process time-series data sets simultaneously. Specially designed for life sciences applications, the AutoDeblur feature constructs the point spread function from the collected data set so that no manual calibration or measurement is required. Users may display their data sets with custom colors, wavelengths, dyes or color mapping for a limitless number of channels. AutoVisualize allows users to manipulate complex data sets and to visualize results in 3-D.
