Stand-alone, long-travel linear motor stage. The IMS-LM-SA is a linear motor stage with travels from 800 to 1200 mm. With 20-nm MIM and 1-μm bidirectional repeatability, it is well suited for femtosecond delay resolution. Longer travels enable nanosecond delay durations. Using its four-point mounting feature, a very flat mounting surface is not required to maintain its performance.
