IP CORE
Furaxa Inc.Request Info
Furaxa Inc. has developed a method for generating a string of picosecond-range electrical sampling apertures and pulses, requiring only a single transition of a control input signal. The sampler/pulser intellectual property (IP) core is designed for fabrication as a monolithic integrated circuit (IC) and can produce pulses or arrays of pulses where the width is as low as 11 ps and sample arrays at the rate of 40 gigasamples per second. As many as 64 sampling heads can be integrated onto a single chip without the need for a power divider. The IP core is available for licensing to instrumentation manufacturers who base their instruments on GaAs or SiGe ICs.
