The Vigiscan11 panoramic infrared vision system released by HGH Systèmes Infrarouges is designed for surveillance of security perimeters, including refineries, power plants, airports and military bases. The sensor head rotates continuously at one round per second for 360° azimuth coverage. The panoramic field of view measures 360° × 20°. Dedicated software displays high-quality images in real time, zooms selected zones and automatically alerts the user to intrusion or scenery changes. The camera can detect a person at a distance of up to 1 km.
