A Windows-based software package suitable for evaluating static IR images, live IR video sequences and dynamic high-speed thermal targets has been released by Flir Systems Inc.> ThermaCam Researcher 2001 digitally stores, retrieves and analyzes live infrared images from the ThermaCam SC series of cameras. The software features temperature analysis functions, including isotherms, spot measurements, line profiles and area histograms. It also offers image adjustment, user-defined recording conditions, variable image-replay rates, sequence editing and image subtraction. Images can be saved in a public format that provides an open interface for user-customized applications.
