Using Fourier transform IR technology, the platform tests the quality and safety of liquid foods such as wine, dairy, and others, identifying key quality markers including alcohol, sugar, acidity, pH, and density levels during every part of the process. Pre-developed workflows and touch-screen and software interfaces enable users to test 60 samples/hour.
