SYRACUSE, N.Y., March 2019 — Image Processing Board The MitySOM-A10S image processing board from Critical Link is an Intel/Altera Arria 10 SoC SOM (system on module) for a wide range of industrial embedded applications, including machine vision, embedded imaging, and industrial automation and control. The device features dual-core Cortex-A9 ARMs with up to 480KLE user-programmable FPGA fabric, DDR4 memory, and 12 high-speed transceiver pairs for use in machine vision and scientific imaging applications. The SOM provides a flexible CPU infrastructure for highly integrated embedded systems. The MitySOM-A10S board is available both as a stack-through board for use in camera designs and as bottom-side, rugged board-to-board connectors for integration with an industrial baseboard. The ARM architecture supports operating systems such as Linux.
