Warner-Instru_ImagingChamber03-08.jpgDesigned for the CytoViva imaging system, the CV-30 live-cell imaging chamber from Warner Instruments is compatible with microscope stages that accept multiwell plates as well as those that have a standard microscope slide adapter. Suitable for long-term studies of live cells, the closed-bath chamber offers user-defined bath geometry and a large viewing area. It supports oil immersion contact with the CytoViva high-resolution illumination system and enables simultaneous observation of fluorescent and nonfluorescent samples. A 0.17-mm-thick glass coverslip forms the top of the chamber, while a 1-mm-thick round coverslip forms the bottom, enabling the device to be used with CytoViva’s high-resolution adapter.
