InGaA-Based CameraThe Owl 640T InGaAs-based camera from Raptor Photonics Ltd. can be integrated into electro-optical systems.

The camera features a 640 × 512 resolution and a 10 × 10-µm pixel pitch. It has a <50-electron readout noise, with a high intra-scene dynamic range of 69 dB that enables the simultaneous capture of bright and dark portions of a scene. Applications include beam profiling and wafer inspection systems, among others.
