The WiDy SenS 640 OEM Camera from New Imaging Technologies SA features an InGaAs sensor.
The NSC1601 sensor provides 640 × 512-pixels at 15 μm, operating in the 900- to 1700-nm range at a maximum full-frame rate of 230 fps, and higher sub-frame rates of up to 10 KHz. Both electronics and sensors are linked by a flex cable that is available in different lengths to best suit user needs. This assembly allows integrators to separate processing electronics from the electro-optical sensor for an easy and optimized mounting into the required part. It features fast gating capability, switchable linear-logarithmic mode, and low-noise performance.
The cameras are available with USB 3.0 or CameraLink interfaces for ease of system integration.
