BaySpec’s NunavutTM InGaAs camera/detector line enables low-light spectroscopy in the near-infrared region, available in wavelength ranges from 900 to 1700 nm, 1000 to 2200 nm or 1000 to 2600 nm. A proprietary hermetic/vacuum seal ensures reliable, long life. The detector arrays are TEC air-cooled to —55 °C, eliminating the need for liquid nitrogen. Each camera is factory-calibrated after extensive thermal cycling. Spec2020TM software is included at no cost.
