VERRIÈRES-LE-BUISSON, France, March 28, 2016 —
The NSC1401 from New Imaging Technologies is a QVGA InGaAs imaging sensor.
The NSC1401 uses a new generation of readout integrated circuit with 320 × 256 pixels at 25-μm pitch, coupled to an InGaAs retina that operates in wide dynamic range mode and global shutter.
The spectral response ranges from 90 to 1700 nm, and an analog front end is designed to achieve extremely low input noise and ultrafast response time, down to 200 ns for applications such as active imaging. The sensor operates both in linear integration mode and in-log response.
The NSC1401 is available for sale as a packaged sensor or as module that includes a complete driving electronic.
