Industrial Area Scan CamerasThe Spark SP-12000-CXP4 color and Spark SP-12000M-CXP4 monochrome industrial area-scan cameras from JAI AS are both based on the Cmosis 12-MP CMOS sensor.

The devices deliver frame rates of 189 fps in full 12-MP resolution through a CoaXPress 4 interface. Automated level control is featured for dynamic lighting conditions, along with a sequence trigger and a multiple regions of interest for flexible image readout or frame rate enhancements in lower resolutions. The monochrome camera features 1 × 2, 2 × 1 and 2 × 2 binning with a high dynamic range function that provides up to 90 dB of dynamic range for the monochrome camera.

Preprocessing functions include flat field, color shading and blemish correction, black level control, auto and manual white balance and a 256-point programmable lookup table.
