COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Aug. 23, 2016 — 
JAI A/S has announced two new high-speed, 12-MP industrial area scan cameras for its Spark series of devices.
The color Spark SP-12000C-CXP4 and monochrome Spark SP-12000M-CXP4 cameras are based on the CMOSIS 12-MP CMOS sensor, featuring a resolution of 4096 × 3072 pixels, 5.5-µm square pixels and global shutter technology.
Both cameras deliver a frame rate of 189 fps in full 12-MP resolution via a CoaXPress 4-connector interface.
