BASINGSTOKE, England, Oct. 28, 2015 —

Industrial CMOS CamerasIDS Imaging GmbH has added two models featuring image sensors from CMOSIS BVBA to its range of uEye CP Rev 2 USB3 industrial cameras.

Available in monochrome and color versions, the UI-3360CP features the high-speed 2.2-MP CMV2000 sensor, while the UI-3370CP uses the 1-in., highly light-sensitive 4.2-MP CMV4000 sensor.

The UI-3360CP delivers 152 fps and is designed for multicamera and 3D systems. The UI-3370CP has a large optical format of 1-in. with low noise and high light sensitivity and is designed for applications such as microscopy and astronomy.

Both sensors allow simultaneous control of various characteristics. The sensors' pixel architecture reduces fixed-pattern and image noise. Motion blur is reduced through a pipelining feature, allowing further exposure while the sensor data is being read out.
