OBERSULM, Germany, Aug. 6, 2015 — Imaging Development Systems GmbH has announced the UI-3140CP Rev. 2 industrial camera with a 1.3-MP Python 1300 CMOS sensor.

Part of the USB 3 uEye CP Rev. 2 series, the camera is available as a monochrome or color version and is equipped with an integrated image memory. A robust magnesium housing, standard industrial dimensions, and screw-on micro USB 3.0 and Hirose connectors make the camera ideal for use in industrial and nonindustrial applications.

An optodecoupled trigger and optodecoupled flash with a serial interface make it easy to integrate into existing systems.
