The ORIGAMI XP-S industrial femtosecond laser from NKT Photonics is designed for easy and cost-effective system integration.

The device provides up to 75 μJ/pulse in the NIR range or 35 μJ/pulse in the green. The performance improvements provide enhanced flexibility in precision materials processing, especially for cutting thicker substrates and drilling deep holes in glass, ceramics, and thin/thick metals used in medical devices. A <400 fs standard pulsewidth is featured with up to 5 W of average power.

The ultrashort pulse width guarantees excellent surface and edge quality without the need for post-processing steps in various applications.
