Z-Laser Optoelectronik GmbH has released a range of small industrial laser modules for industrial manufacturing processes including laser marking or machine vision applications. The ZM12 lasers now support a wider range of optics by adding an extra optic head with optional focus ring mechanism.

The basic model with an optic head measures 85 × 15 mm. The laser configuration is available with red and infrared wavelengths and optical output up to 100 mW. It features a modulation option up to 100 kHz for easy synchronization with a camera system or laser intensity setup via pulse-width modulation. It provides Guassian and uniform line projections as well as multiple lines, circles and dotted lines.

The compact thread housing is suitable for various installations and mountings.
