The PCHI series of inspection cameras from Opto Engineering expands with the PCHI3M cameras models, designed for sensors up to 1.1 in. in size.
The optics offer high image resolution for capturing small details in bottles, caps, and automotive components. The cameras are available with either manual focusing or liquid lens technology that enables automatic focusing of samples of different shapes and sizes. PCHI optics are designed to inspect holes, cavities, and containers, allowing imaging of the bottom and vertical walls of a hole. A >82° field of view and innovative optical design make the lenses compatible with a wide range of object diameters and thicknesses.
