CAMARILLO, Calif., March 29, 2022 — Integrated CircuitThe ClearEdge® GN2154 integrated circuit from Semtech Corp. is a bidirectional clock and data recovery with an integrated, single-ended external modulator laser designed for 25-Gbps, 5G front haul deployments.

The circuit enables high performance in local area network wavelength-division multiplexing and dense wavelength-division multiplexing 25-Gbps SFP28 optical modules with low-cost external modulator lasers. It offers low typical power of 550 mW in a 3.24 × 2.05-mm wafer-level, chip-scale package.
