The device supports emerging industries like 5G, Internet of Things, automotive, and Industry 4.0. It improves the throughput and reduces operator dependency, automating the loading and unloading output of up to 10 reels without the presence of operators. With SRC 2.0, users can eliminate the need for manual transfer and intervention, leading to eliminating the risk of manual errors and improving machine, speed, and efficiency. Its design supports inspection capabilities that accommodate integrated circuit package sizes up to 120 × 120 mm, including BGA, QFP, QFN, CSP, TSSOP, MSOP, and SOP.
