Introducing: The SemiNex TO-56SemiNex’s high-power laser diodes are now available in a TO-56 package featuring a 2.5 mm chip. With its long cavity length, the SemiNex TO-56 emits up to 35 W of peak pulsed power. Currently being produced at the 1550 nm wavelength, other product options include wavelengths in the 1300 to 1700 nm range. Lensed and unlensed versions are available.
