Komlas Optical Components and Laser Systems GmbH has introduced the DSc series power supplies. Suitable for use with broad-area laser diodes with integrated Peltier levels, the current-stabilized drivers are available with output currents of 2.5, 4 and 8 A. They can be modulated and controlled externally via the RS-232 interface. The compact power supplies measure 85 x 105 x 220 mm. OEM versions with heights of 45 mm also are available.
