The Trumpf Lasercell TLC 1005 is supplied with a separated safety cabin for dual-station operation. The user can load or unload a part on one side of the cabin, while the laser cuts, welds or surface processes a workpiece on the other side. The Siemens 840D controller is programmable for automatic operation of the electronic doors and for movement of the machining head from one station to the other. The unit can be converted for standard single-station processing of larger parts. It provides a power range of 2 to 12 kW, and it can be obtained with bidirectionally movable worktables that can be adjusted manually or electronically.
