The FLS iron/ultraScan Vision accessory has been released by Fisba Optik AG. Designed to close the gap between scanner, CCD camera and pyrometer for high-power diode laser systems, it can be used for Nd:YAG and other lasers as well. The core of the optical system is the FT-262-P T-Theta objective, which is corrected for a wide range of wavelengths. A CCD objective produces an optically brilliant image and enables the user to visually monitor the focus during setup and scanning. The device has a working range of 130 X 130 mm and a working distance of 171 mm. The laser-beam aperture is 20 mm, and the guiding pilot beam is identical to the laser focus.
