LDC-3726 Laser Diode ControllerThe LDC-3726 Laser Diode Controller combines a precision current source with a thermoelectric temperature controller. The integrated three range current source provides high stability output with maximum output currents of 100 mA/200 mA/500 mA. Multiple levels of laser diode protection include slow start, adjustable current limit and compliance voltage, intermittent contact protection, and output shorting relays.

In addition, an integrated TEC interlock will shut off laser current if a user defined temperature range is exceeded. The integrated 32 W thermoelectric temperature controller will typically achieve temperature stability within ±0.002°C.
