LED Control UnitsThe DELOLUX pilot S series of control units for LED spot lamps models has been announced by DELO Industrial Adhesives LLC.

The DELOLUX pilot S4i and S4T allow the use of more powerful lamp heads in a compact design, allowing DELOLUX 50 spot lamps to be controlled more efficiently and with the ability to regulate up to four lamp heads independently. The DELOLUX pilot S4i is designed exclusively for integration into PLC-controlled process systems and does not feature an integrated power supply. The DELOLUX pilot S4T model features a touchscreen for manual control and features its own integrated power supply. The touch version allows lamp heads to be operated autonomously without the use of a PLC, but PLC control is still possible on the system.

The units offer 150 W of power, allowing faster curing of UV adhesives and reduced cycle times.
