TORRINGTON, Conn., Sept. 17, 2015 — LED Curing Conveyor SystemThe UVCS LED curing conveyor system from Dymax Corp. is a mesh belt-type conveyor designed for bench or tabletop operations.

The system can accommodate up to four BlueWave LED flood arrays and includes a choice of 365, 385 or 405 nm emission wavelengths. Consistent line speed, adjustable lamp height and stable intensity provide a repeatable, uniform light curing process for optimized throughput. The conveyors produce no ozone, feature mercury-free lamps and use less energy than conventional UV curing lamps.

The conveyors are designed for curing adhesives, coatings and inks, offering widths of up to 10 in. on a 12-in. platform. The units have adjustable belt speeds of 1 to 32 feet per minute with an adjustable lamp-to-belt distance.
