Two cold-forged heat sinks from GlacialTech Inc. offer heat dissipation for LEDs.

The Igloo FR210 and Igloo FR210HP are suitable for 80-W applications. The FR210HP is optimized for chip-on-board and spotlight applications.

The heat sinks offer heat dissipation of 96.2 W/mK to 227 W/mK. Cold forging produces heat sinks with better heat dissipation than die-casting and aluminum extrusion, according to the company.
