MouldedOptics_Picture006.jpgMoulded Optics GmbH is offering precision-molded lenslet arrays made from crown, borosilicate and high-refractive-index glass materials. Available in rectangular, square or round shapes and in sizes up to 80 mm across, they have a center thickness of 3 mm, with individual spherical, aspherical, cylindrical and unusually configured decentered lenslet array cells. The array’s first surface is molded, and its plano second surface is ground and polished. Multilayer coatings also are offered. Applications include digital light processing and LCD projectors and large-screen rear-projection televisions.
