A line of high-performance, lightweight breadboards is available from Kinetic Systems Inc. The VibraLite-AL-5500 series can be obtained in 1- and 2-in. thicknesses and features ultralightweight construction with 1/8-in. aluminum top and bottom skins, and an extruded structural aluminum core. It comes with 1/4 -20 or M6 SPILLPRUF mounting holes. The sizes are up to 24 3 48 in. The VibraLite-SS-5600 series, also available in 1- and 2-in. thicknesses, has 1/8-in.-thick ferromagnetic stainless steel top and bottom skins.
