Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD) is a high-temperature process that provides seamless, conformal coatings on a variety of substrates including glass, ceramics, and metals. In the LPCVD process, all surfaces are uniformly coated with a high-quality multilayer optical coating. Deposition Science’s LPCVD coatings feature laser damage threshold levels as high as 25 MW/cm2, making them ideal for high-energy systems such as laser, gas, diode, and diode-pumped solid-state systems.
