HUDSON, N.H., Dec. 17, 2013 — The LT-PLM-IRB series precision laser from Laser Components is suitable for applications requiring parallel beam alignment, including for machines or axes, for positioning machines in fixed mounts or for mirroring a rotational axis.

The series features a beam angle of 0.05 mrad, corresponding to a deviation of ±0.05 mm at 20 m. The Class 2 laser operates at 635 nm with optical power of 1 mW and features an integrated battery pack with a capacity of 400-mAh for up to 10 h of operation.
