The ORYL F1 from ORYL is a laser-based platform for the measurement of solubility and aggregation of drug molecules in the life sciences. The platform is based on second harmonic scattering with an automated format adapted to 96 and 384 well-plates. The ORYL F1 can typically measure 100× faster than HPLC-based systems and 10× faster than SLS/DLS systems, while requiring 100× less and 10× less compound per solubility/aggregation data point.
