MetalFab from xTool is an integrated laser welder and fiber CNC cutter designed for advanced metal fabrication. The CNC platform features a 10-mm carbon steel capacity, cutting speeds up to 400 mm/s, 1200-W output, ±0.1-mm cutting accuracy, and dual 16 MP panoramic cameras with AI algorithms for a 98.7% material utilization rate. MetalFab can process material with thicknesses between 0.2 to 5 mm and can also be used to remove rust from metal materials.
