DILAS.jpgA conduction-cooled, visible diode laser bar series has been introduced by Dilas Diode Laser Inc. Available in 632-, 635-, 638-, 650- and 677-nm wavelengths with optical CW output power between 4 and 20 W, the devices can be integrated into all of the company’s packages, including multibar fiber-coupled modules and multibar stacks. Operating temperature is from 20 to 30 °C, and power conversion efficiency is between >15% and >33%. Available as fiber-coupled or fast-axis collimated hermetically sealed modules, they are suitable for Cr3+ LiCAF pumping, holography, illumination and medical applications.
