The TO-56 by SemiNex Corp. is a high-power pulsed laser diode that offers 50 percent more power than similar lasers for a variety of applications.

The TO-56’s 1550-nm output is invisible to traditional detecting equipment. It is available in five standard emitter widths: 4, 50, 95, 180 and 350 µm.

It is designed for applications such as range finding, lidar and targeting.
