The EHS-025 high-capacity heatsink from Elite Thermal Engineering LLC is tailored for air-cooling high-power laser diodes up to 500 W in a lightweight, compact form-factor.
It provides 0.025° C/W thermal resistance, can dissipate 500 W of heat in 22 °C typical lab environments for diodes rated at 35 °C case temperatures, and features 14 large heat pipes that transfer and spread heat throughout the structure. It fits in a 2U 19-in. rack mount chassis with a base plate that acts as a miniature optical table with pre-tapped threaded holes.
