Laser Diode ModuleThe IQ1C250(473-300) laser from Power Technology Inc. is an instrument quality laser diode module for high-end OEM applications.

The IQ1C250(473-300) features a collimated beam with diffraction limited technology, provides a typical wavelength of 473 nm compared to the 488 nm by previous generation models and operates optimally from 8 VDC rather than 12 VDC. The versatility of the module makes it ideal for a range of uses including bioanalysis, fluorescence and Raman spectroscopy.

The IQ1C250(473-300)is available with digital or analog modulations. The new module offers 3 times the previously available power in this wavelength with 300 mW.
