Diode Laser ModuleThe Grande.9 (532-1) diode laser module from Power Technology Inc. is a high-power device at 532 nm for OEM applications.

The device offers a stable semiconductor alternative to at nearly 1 W of output power with a collimated beam, internal microprocessor control, and an LCD display with real-time information on the laser’s settings and internal temperature readings. Digital beam modulation is also available via a low-speed TTL signal. The module’s versatility makes it useful for a range of applications including biomedicine, metal processing, localized heating, and machine vision.
