Model 6100 laser diode controller with integrated TE control is the latest addition to Newport’s laser diode instrumentation portfolio. It features advanced DSP-based PID control with ultrastable current control. Laser diode currents of up to 1500 mA at 10 V are provided, along with 4 A/8 V (32 W) TEC current and voltage. Features include four-line alphanumeric menu display of actual current and temperature of the laser diode, USB communication and LIV characterization, all at a very attractive price.
