ProPhotonix is distributing a new line of laser diodes from Panasonic.
The red (661 nm) and IR (783 nm) single-mode, 5.6-mm can-packaged laser diodes are available with output powers of 100 mW and 200 mW, respectively. They have applications including inspection, identification and alignment.
The 661- and 783-nm wavelengths are available in several dual-wavelength models packaged on a single chip. They have applications in sensing, industrial and biomedical equipment.
