MitsubishiElectric.jpgThe ML5xx71 and ML5xx54 series laser diodes from Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV emit high-intensity red light at 638 nm. They provide output power up to 300 mW, or 110 mW in fundamental mode with continuous wave operation. The ML5xx71 is designed for use in illumination-based projectors, while the ML5xx54 has applications in holographic and laser-scanning projectors.
