Oxxius SA’s LaserBoxx series laser diode modules offer high optical performance in a driver integrated compact box. Their 40 x 40 x 100-mm size enables easy integration into existing instruments. They are available at 375-, 405-, 445-, 488-, 640- and 660-nm wavelengths at output power up to 130 mW in TEM00 circular or cost-effective elliptical beams with M2 <1.5. A high-power multimode version also is available at 375, 405 and 445 nm with output power of up to 900 mW. Dedicated either to OEM integration or to laboratory use, the modules are suitable for use in flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, fluorescence excitation, materials analysis, polymer curing, light scattering, metrology and other demanding research and industrial applications.
